Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and the username you choose. As you use FullTime we store the things you do in the app: your match ratings (cinema scores, player ratings, Man of the Match votes and genre tags), your pre-match predictions, the competitions, teams, players and other fans you follow, the matches you favourite, your avatar choices and coin history.

We also collect basic usage data — such as pages viewed, approximate device and browser information, and error reports — so we can keep the app working and understand which features are used.

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database and authentication service provided by Supabase. Supabase and our hosting provider operate servers in several regions, so your data may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union.

Fixtures, results, lineups, events, standings, team crests and player information come from a third-party provider, API-Football. We request that data from our own servers only. No personal data about you — not your email address, username, ratings, votes or follows — is ever sent to API-Football or any other football data provider.

FullTime is a social app. Your username, avatar, the ratings and votes you leave, the matches you have rated, your follower and following counts and your public profile page are visible to other signed-in users. Your email address is never shown to other users.

You can switch on Private profile in Profile → Followers, which limits other fans to seeing only your avatar and username.

We use your browser's local storage and cookies to keep you signed in — they hold your session token so you don't have to log in on every visit. These are strictly necessary for the app to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and immediate: it removes your login, profile, username, ratings, player ratings, Man of the Match votes, genre tags, predictions, follows, favourites, avatar items, coin balance and coin history. Aggregate scores are recalculated without your votes.

You can also email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete the account for you. Backups are rotated regularly and any residual copies age out within 30 days.

FullTime is not for children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.
